The Commercial Account Executive will manage the complete sales cycle in a designated territory, prospecting new accounts, developing customer relationships, and driving pipeline growth while achieving quota targets.

Own and grow Dynatrace's AI-native partner ecosystem for app builders and AI SaaS. Build executive relationships, execute co-sell motions, drive partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, run joint GTM campaigns, support events and enablement, and collaborate with Product on AI observability integrations and roadmap.

Provide technical sales support for Dynatrace observability products: deliver demos, manage onsite/remote POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, advise on cloud architecture, present to executives, collaborate with sales, partners, services, and product teams, and gather customer feedback. Role requires travel and cross-functional coordination.

Own the full sales cycle for a commercial territory: build and execute a GTM plan, prospect and qualify accounts, run demos/POCs, expand existing customers, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and consistently achieve quota. Hybrid role requiring regular Boston office presence.

Own 2-3 named enterprise accounts and 2-3 prospects in the NYC Metro area; develop account plans, engage C-suite executives, leverage Dynatrace, hyperscalers, and sales engineering to close and expand enterprise deals using MEDDPIC, drive adoption, and ensure successful implementations.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities for Dynatrace APM by outbound prospecting, researching accounts, calling senior IT leaders at Fortune 1000 companies, educating prospects on solutions, tracking activity in Salesforce, supporting marketing programs, and meeting defined metrics and territory forecast goals.
