Build and grow HiBob’s North America partner ecosystem through acquisition, engagement, enablement, and co-marketing programs. Develop full-funnel campaigns with consultants, brokers, accountants, and other partners to generate leads and pipeline. Manage strategy, budgets, timelines, stakeholder coordination, execution, performance measurement, and optimization while aligning Partner Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Leads HiBob’s global creative vision, visual identity, brand governance, and high-impact campaigns across TV/CTV, OOH, experiential, and digital channels. Manages internal creatives, contractors, and agencies; partners with Brand, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing; establishes scalable creative review processes; and connects art direction to business performance. Drives AI-enabled design workflows using tools such as Runway and Midjourney while maintaining strong human creative judgment and brand consistency.
