Develop and lead integrated brand campaigns across broadcast, video, digital, social, retail, and email channels. Write scripts, headlines, taglines, manifestos, landing pages, and other copy while owning Chewy’s brand voice. Present concepts to creative directors, stakeholders, and C-suite leadership; manage productions through post-production; collaborate with art, production, and cross-functional teams; and mentor junior copywriters. The role is hybrid, requiring in-person work in Boston three days weekly and travel when needed.

Develops and leads Chewy brand campaigns across broadcast television, social media, and other marketing channels. Responsibilities include concept development, art direction, production management, stakeholder presentations, visual consistency, photo and video shoot guidance, cross-functional collaboration, designer support, and using campaign data to improve creative performance.

Lead Chewy's paid social strategy and team across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest and emerging platforms. Own budget allocation, campaign architecture, creative testing, measurement (incrementality, MMM), and performance storytelling tied to CAC, ROAS, LTV and revenue. Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Marketing Science, Finance, Martech, and agencies to scale full-funnel paid social and develop capabilities.
