Leads Klaviyo’s public relations and thought leadership programs, including press office operations, media relations, executive positioning, research-driven storytelling, event publicity, and customer story development. Builds relationships with reporters and influencers across marketing, retail, and commerce; identifies newsjacking opportunities; secures earned media, speaking engagements, and awards; and uses AI tools to improve team workflows.

Lead product marketing for Klaviyo’s SMS and mobile messaging products. Define positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, product launches, competitive intelligence, adoption campaigns, ROI models, sales enablement, and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with Product Management to influence the roadmap, identify market opportunities, support mobile compliance positioning, and drive customer adoption and revenue growth globally.
