Serve as the General Counsel's operational right hand to scale legal operations: triage requests, administer and automate Ironclad CLM workflows, draft/review standard commercial contracts, build playbooks and dashboards, maintain corporate records and state filings, and support varied legal projects and process improvements across the company.
