Researches, obtains, processes, and renews operating licenses and permits for retail locations, offices, distribution centers, and transportation operations. Maintains licensing records and renewal reporting, coordinates with government agencies, supports pharmacy and fuel licensing, administers WIC and SNAP authorizations, handles compliance documentation, and assists with payment requests, store openings, closures, relocations, and licensing issue resolution.

Investigates and manages general liability claims from initial review through negotiation and disposition. Evaluates liability exposure, meets statutory deadlines, identifies fraud and subrogation opportunities, manages claim reserves and settlement authority, and collaborates with internal departments, attorneys, healthcare providers, vendors, and brand partners to resolve claims and reduce risk.
