Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements (SaaS, marketing, vendor, advertising, partnerships). Advise business teams on legal and operational risk, support M&A due diligence and integration, improve contracting processes, and collaborate across legal specialty areas to deliver consistent commercial legal support.

Provide strategic legal support for DKeX and related exchange/clearing initiatives. Advise on Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations; draft and maintain exchange rules, policies, and governance; support regulatory filings and rule submissions; partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams; monitor regulatory developments; manage outside counsel; and develop scalable legal guidance and processes to enable compliant product development and operation of a regulated prediction markets marketplace.
