The role involves operating and improving AI-driven data quality pipelines, managing offshore teams, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Responsibilities include monitoring pipeline performance, refining rules, and collaborating across teams to enhance data operations.

Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver timely people insights and storytelling. Own employee listening, retention and quality-of-hire analyses, comp and performance cycle support, headcount planning, Snowflake data work, and build self-serve dashboards and AI-driven automation to scale decision-making.

Own end-to-end data pipelines and production-grade dbt models (Snowflake) for Sales and Product analytics. Build governed data marts, dimensional models, and reverse ETL workflows. Improve data quality, testing, monitoring, and documentation. Partner with GTM, Product, and BI stakeholders, mentor peers, and contribute to platform tooling (Airflow, Terraform, AWS) to enable reliable, scalable analytics.
