Responsibilities include developing generative AI, agentic, predictive, foundation model, RAG, and fine-tuned systems; engineering data and ETL platforms; deploying cloud infrastructure and CI/CD; creating evaluation harnesses; debugging prototypes; assessing build-versus-buy options; establishing safeguards and SOPs; and collaborating with biologists, immunologists, computational scientists, and clinicians.

Build and manage relationships with VIP players, drive sales metrics and net revenue, and deliver personalized experiences that increase engagement and loyalty. Use customer and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, recommend solutions, follow responsible gaming policies, and resolve escalations with internal teams. Own Mirakl’s partner strategy and relationships with global systems integrators and consultancies. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, build SI and consulting go-to-market motions, create enablement and co-selling processes, launch joint marketing programs, and establish reporting frameworks to measure partner contribution. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to convert strategic partnerships into measurable revenue.
