Build scalable legal templates, playbooks, workflows, and risk-management processes; negotiate customer, vendor, partner, and technology agreements; embed privacy-by-design practices; and manage outside counsel and legal spend.

Oversee and finalize legal documents governing data sharing between Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership members and a trusted third party.
