The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coaching a high-performing, sales team at the individual level. The Sales Manager will be responsible for contributing to and executing the strategic direction as set forth by the Director and VP of Sales. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with relatively short sales cycles and high-growth expectations. The Sales Manager will own a segment of the business, and will be responsible to delivering against sales targets, while contributing to the successful rollout of new products to returning customers and net new dealerships.

As a Director of Sales Operations, you are the “COO of Sales” for a segment of our business. You are the trusted partner with a Sales VP and group of Directors to help identify and execute improvements to sales training, processes, and strategy. We need someone that can think strategically and execute programmatically. You’re able to build relationships within the Sales organization, identify gaps and opportunities and deliver the resources, tools, and assets the team needs to sell successfully.

Our Sales Support Specialist will work as part of the team supporting Sr. and Principal level Specialists and working with various Nuance Sales and Customer Success professionals to develop single solution proposals for our customers. They are responsible for compiling and moving forward required information to enable internal teams to perform their functions in an efficient and timely manner. These resources will support Sales efforts in the development of pricing, proposals, financials (internal and external), Professional Services Statements of Work and customer contract/order processing.

Consistently engaging with prospects facilitating demos, shepherding POCs and handling objections.
Leading technical POC activities in partnership with prospects, defining success criteria and helping prospects through the process.
Leading technical discussions with existing enterprise customers to drive expansion of Matillion across the organization.
Providing technical evangelism in territory through activities including presenting to user groups and at conferences and through content creation.
