About the Role

A fast-growing technology company is hiring a Business Development Representative through Shift Group, the leading career transition platform for elite former athletes and military veterans.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in competitive environments, communicates with confidence, and wants to build a high-performance career in tech sales. You’ll work with a driven team, get hands-on experience with a proven go-to-market strategy, and build skills that open doors across the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business opportunities and qualify inbound leads

  • Research target accounts and key decision makers

  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and sales activity tracking

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for strategic outreach

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and sales goals
     

What We Look For

  • Former college, pro, Olympic athlete or military veteran (strongly preferred)

  • Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
