Remote Data Record Clerk enters, updates, and maintains accurate electronic records in databases and spreadsheets, verifies and corrects information, identifies discrepancies, processes high-volume records, and communicates with the team while following data-entry guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Organize and curate large volumes of raw information: extract key points from transcripts, maintain clean spreadsheets, curate links/resources, tag and categorize content, and follow or propose systems for information structure. Part-time remote role with initial 10 hours/week and potential to grow.

Support data and reporting needs by gathering specifications, creating data sets, operational reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into requirements, test deliverables, analyze data for issues and opportunities, manage defects, and ensure quality and compliance throughout the data delivery lifecycle.

Perform data conversions and imports from diverse sources (text, PDFs, Excel). Clean, validate, reconcile, and audit employee demographics and payroll history using SQL and automation tools. Troubleshoot issues, document processes, and collaborate with implementation stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely conversions and improve automation.

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data to identify trends and business opportunities. Create reports and dashboards (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau), monitor KPIs, document data sources/processes, and present insights to stakeholders while collaborating across teams.

Support Sales and Key Account teams by owning trade performance reporting, building dashboards, analysing promotional ROI, preparing category presentations for range reviews, and collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive commercial decisions.

Analyze large healthcare datasets to extract insights, build data models, reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present findings to stakeholders.
