Provides dedicated executive support to the Chief Science Officer, including complex calendar management, briefing preparation, travel coordination, stakeholder communication, and follow-up tracking. Manages the Boston office, facilities vendors, supplies, visitors, new-hire setup, events, budgets, and partner experiences. Requires daily in-person work in Boston and occasional event travel.
