Runs Boston office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, access, events, budgets, and visitor experience. Supports the Chief Science Officer through calendar management, meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, and domestic and international travel coordination. The role is fully onsite, requires strong initiative and judgment in a rapidly changing environment, and includes occasional event travel.

Manage day-to-day Canton office operations, including front desk services, facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, expenses, meetings, events, onboarding logistics, and employee and client experiences. Coordinate with leadership and shared services to align local activities with firmwide initiatives, support communications, and address office needs proactively.

Supports the executive team by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meeting preparation, expenses, and confidential information. Runs day-to-day office operations, including supplies, lunches, vendors, mail, shipments, visitors, onboarding logistics, and events. Also identifies process improvements and handles special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, initiative, discretion, adaptability, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
