The Nanny Agency Manager is responsible for networking with childcare candidates and families, reviewing and approving nanny candidates, and marketing NannyPod in their community.

The position involves processing orders, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, preparing Customs paperwork, and tracking orders.

Develops operational capabilities, processes, and infrastructure; drives continuous improvement and decision-making; leads NPI, SPI, business planning, and product transition processes; and partners with business and product leadership to meet changing business demands.

Build, test, troubleshoot, and support complex Java applications in global team environments. Participate in graduate training covering full-stack development, software engineering principles, databases, SDLC, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Complete a 12–24 month client placement with ongoing mentorship and training, with potential conversion to permanent employment.
