Design, optimize, and maintain the full robotics software stack: profile and reduce latency, build logging/monitoring and validation pipelines, run system-identification experiments, deploy ML models to edge devices, author production C++ and Python code, ensure performance and scalability, and integrate safety functions compatible with ML components.

Develop and integrate high-resolution tactile sensing and dexterous manipulation capabilities: process tactile and force-torque data, implement slip-detection and compliant control, train multi-fingered grasping policies, run experiments, and collaborate to deploy solutions on robotic platforms.

Design and optimize electromechanical systems, specify/test/tune BLDC motors, harmonic drives, and gearboxes; develop motor control firmware (FOC) in C/C++ for microcontrollers; collaborate with mechanical engineers on joint design and thermal management; integrate industrial communications (EtherCAT, CAN bus).
