Leads North America revenue marketing strategy and integrated demand-generation programs to drive pipeline, customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and channel teams to optimize campaigns using analytics, AI, marketing technology, experimentation, attribution, and performance data. Manages budgets, partner marketing, strategic planning, forecasting, executive communications, and cross-functional teams while mentoring teammates and improving marketing efficiency.

Owns the full lifecycle of learning and development programs, including needs analysis, curriculum design, delivery, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, tuition reimbursement administration, and evaluation. Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce-to-Identity Cloud Platform integrations for tenant provisioning and entitlements. Partner with engineering to deliver reliable, observable workflows, prioritize backlogs, manage Agile delivery, reduce manual intervention, and communicate priorities and risks to stakeholders. Provide technical leadership for implementation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing administration of Imprivata-managed access solutions in healthcare. Perform assessments, integrations (AD, VDI, EMR), troubleshooting, customer-facing consulting, documentation, training, and lead strategic, complex engagements to ensure customer success and ROI.

Provide technical leadership for Imprivata Mobile Access Management managed services: assess environments, configure and optimize MDM/UEM solutions, administer integrations, own support and escalations, run customer meetings, lead optimization projects, deliver training, and act as the customer advocate across product and service teams.

Lead and own the corporate website as a strategic growth channel: define roadmap, optimize digital customer journeys, drive SEO/GEO and conversion rate optimization, evaluate AI capabilities, manage analytics and agencies, ensure site security and performance, and lead a website team to accelerate pipeline growth and customer engagement.

Lead and scale global customer marketing to drive retention, engagement, advocacy, and expansion. Lead strategy and growth of Imprivata's customer community via Salesforce Experience Cloud. Design engagement, onboarding, advocacy, and event programs; track KPIs and analytics; manage content, forums, and user groups; partner cross-functionally to align community initiatives with product and business goals; gather customer feedback to influence product and voice-of-customer programs; and apply automation and digital tools to scale community experiences.

Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to execute people strategies across assigned groups. Provide day-to-day HR support in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, engagement, onboarding, and HR program implementation. Analyze workforce data, support hiring and internal mobility, coordinate events, and leverage HR technology and AI tools to improve processes and reporting.

Manages small to medium-sized software implementation projects for healthcare customers from planning through production rollout. Coordinates cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors while managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, documentation, communications, and deliverables. Facilitates status meetings, supports SOW and budget reviews, resolves issues, maintains client relationships, and identifies opportunities for additional services. French fluency is preferred, with travel of up to 10%.

Lead sales operations analytics and forecasting to improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue predictability. Partner with sales leadership on pipeline reviews, conduct deep-dive funnel and SDR performance analyses, recommend process and automation improvements, drive cross-functional alignment, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and requirements for secure connectivity capabilities across Imprivata’s platform. Partner with engineering, architecture, security, customers, and go-to-market teams to develop secure tunneling, routing, monitoring, resiliency, and troubleshooting features. Translate complex networking and cybersecurity requirements into scalable enterprise product capabilities, evaluate market trends, define success metrics, and validate solutions for secure remote access, privileged access, zero-trust, and distributed connectivity environments.

Develop and ship cloud-native full-stack features using Java/Spring Boot backend and React frontends. Design, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable services (PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes). Own features from design through production, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, improve CI/CD and observability, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams. Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to increase engineering productivity.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a shared IAM platform for reusable identity and access services. Conduct discovery, define use cases, partner with engineering/security/devops, drive standards (OIDC, SAML, SCIM), measure adoption and SLOs, and support go-to-market and cross-functional enablement.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Agentic Identity Management (AIM), validate product-market fit, drive commercialization and adoption, partner cross-functionally, mentor product teams, and measure product and business success.

Lead Imprivatas Enterprise Access Management Cloud product lifecycle, define vision and roadmap, coordinate cross-functional delivery, drive adoption and growth, leverage AI/LLM tools for product workflows, and communicate strategy to stakeholders.
