Manage a Quality Engineering team responsible for manual and automated testing of new features, maintenance, integrations, and product releases. Own the hardware product lifecycle and roadmap for access management devices (badge readers, biometrics, peripherals). Lead supplier partnerships, firmware/integration efforts, regulatory and field readiness, cross-functional launches, and metrics to drive adoption and customer experience in healthcare and enterprise environments.

Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to execute people strategies across assigned groups. Provide day-to-day HR support in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, engagement, onboarding, and HR program implementation. Analyze workforce data, support hiring and internal mobility, coordinate events, and leverage HR technology and AI tools to improve processes and reporting.

Manage SMB customer relationships to drive product adoption, retention, satisfaction, and ARR growth. Monitor customer analytics, execute workflows in CRM/Gainsight, coordinate cross-functionally (Renewals, Support, Sales), surface voice-of-customer feedback, and identify advocates and scalable programs to improve customer outcomes.

Manages small to medium-sized software implementation projects for healthcare customers from planning through production rollout. Coordinates cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors while managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, documentation, communications, and deliverables. Facilitates status meetings, supports SOW and budget reviews, resolves issues, maintains client relationships, and identifies opportunities for additional services. French fluency is preferred, with travel of up to 10%.

Lead sales operations analytics and forecasting to improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue predictability. Partner with sales leadership on pipeline reviews, conduct deep-dive funnel and SDR performance analyses, recommend process and automation improvements, drive cross-functional alignment, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and requirements for secure connectivity capabilities across Imprivata’s platform. Partner with engineering, architecture, security, customers, and go-to-market teams to develop secure tunneling, routing, monitoring, resiliency, and troubleshooting features. Translate complex networking and cybersecurity requirements into scalable enterprise product capabilities, evaluate market trends, define success metrics, and validate solutions for secure remote access, privileged access, zero-trust, and distributed connectivity environments.

Develop and ship cloud-native full-stack features using Java/Spring Boot backend and React frontends. Design, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable services (PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes). Own features from design through production, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, improve CI/CD and observability, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams. Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to increase engineering productivity.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a shared IAM platform for reusable identity and access services. Conduct discovery, define use cases, partner with engineering/security/devops, drive standards (OIDC, SAML, SCIM), measure adoption and SLOs, and support go-to-market and cross-functional enablement.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Agentic Identity Management (AIM), validate product-market fit, drive commercialization and adoption, partner cross-functionally, mentor product teams, and measure product and business success.

Lead Imprivatas Enterprise Access Management Cloud product lifecycle, define vision and roadmap, coordinate cross-functional delivery, drive adoption and growth, leverage AI/LLM tools for product workflows, and communicate strategy to stakeholders.

The CIO leads enterprise technology and digital transformation, aligning IT strategy with business goals. Lead and coordinate managed services engagements for healthcare customers: develop project plans, track milestones and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive implementations/upgrades, improve adoption, and ensure consistent customer outcomes and renewals. Provide documentation, status reporting, and program improvement recommendations.

Manage onshore and offshore software engineers to deliver scheduled releases. Coordinate with Architects, Product, QA, and Release Management; drive integrations, interoperability, security remediation, and incident response for distributed, microservices-based web applications.

The Chief Information Security Officer will lead Imprivata's global information security and risk management program, ensuring protection of assets while enabling business growth.
