As a Software Engineer II - Java Cloud, you will work with back-end technologies to build robust and scalable services. This role will collaborate with a team of senior engineers across our enterprise cloud platform. You will assist in UI development activities to provide the best-in-class customer and user experience as well as evolve our user interfaces and provide back-end support to connect to service and data layer.

This position offers a salary range of $140,800.00 to $150,800.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). Job Summary
As a Software Engineer II - Java Cloud, you will work with back-end technologies to build robust and scalable services. This role will collaborate with a team of senior engineers across our enterprise cloud platform. You will assist in UI development activities to provide the best-in-class customer and user experience as well as evolve our user interfaces and provide back-end support to connect to service and data layer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Work on back-end modules to integrate front-end components to provide end-to-end experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate wireframes and mockups into working UI/UX designs.
- Work closely with the design team to implement the designs into the final product.
- Work in agile software development lifecycle, collaborating with senior developers and product. owners to understand software requirements, participate in design reviews, build, test and deliver.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Willing to learn and grow - Learn emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in building or supporting complex software systems.
- Sound Java programming skills with solid knowledge of object-oriented practices, algorithms, and data structures.
- Proficient in front-end and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Skilled in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based databases (RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experienced in building dynamic, responsive web applications and developing RESTful APIs using tools like gRPC, Kafka, Protobuf, and OpenAPI.
- Familiar with agile development practices, Git, IntelliJ, and partnership in team environments with solid communication and problem-solving skills.
