This role is centered around equipping our partner ecosystem with the training, tools, and resources they need to successfully position, sell, and support Imprivata solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating impactful enablement experiences and enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a salary range of $138,800.00 to $148,800.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

The Channel Enablement Lead will drive the development and execution of a global partner enablement program. This role is centered around equipping our partner ecosystem with the training, tools, and resources they need to successfully position, sell, and support Imprivata solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating impactful enablement experiences and enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a seamless partner onboarding journey to accelerate early engagement.
- Build and scale a comprehensive enablement program for both new and existing partners.
- Develop and tailor content by partner role (e.g., sales, technical, pre-sales) to ensure relevance and usability.
- Collaborate closely with Channel, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to keep content current and aligned.
- Monitor and assess training engagement and track key success indicators such as certification and participation.
- Implement a governance process to ensure partner-facing materials are accurate and updated regularly.
- Manage the partner enablement calendar, including webinars, live sessions, and on-demand offerings.
- Support ongoing optimization of partner portals and learning platforms.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-5 years' experience in channel enablement, sales enablement, or partner programs.
- A track record of developing and scaling effective onboarding and training programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, partner portals, and content management systems.
- Sound ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly across teams.
- A self-starter who thrives when juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of the B2B SaaS or enterprise software space is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
