Job Summary
The Associate Renewals Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end subscription renewal process for a portfolio of customers. This role focuses on driving revenue retention by negotiating renewal contracts, forecasting risks, and delivering timely proposals. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams, the Associate Renewals Manager ensures alignment between customer needs and business priorities. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

This position offers a total compensation range of $76,008.00 to $111,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to exceed renewal booking goals.
- Manage the full renewal process, highlighting product value to customers.
- Negotiate renewal contracts from $10K to $150K+, including multi-year terms and pricing adjustments.
- Manage customer transitions to SaaS/Cloud offerings.
- Review usage data and support the annual True Up process.
- Prepare timely and accurate proposals and quotes.
- Forecast renewal pricing, timing, and risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce with Business Operations.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and other teams to improve renewals and reduce churn.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliant order bookings.
- Other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in technology sales or renewals.
- Proven track record of exceeding booking targets and managing a high volume of renewals.
- Exceptional negotiation, closing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management and decision-making.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adjustable, thriving in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
- Innovative problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and inspired to contribute to company growth.
