The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-pace organization with rapid growth as well as managing subscription and maintenance renewals with customers/partners. The Strategic Renewals Manager will work with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure value is realized for the customer and that commercial objectives are aligned with the growth of our business.

This position offers a total compensation range of $100,714.00 - $135,714.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

The Strategic Renewals Manager will work with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure value is realized for the customer and that commercial objectives are aligned with the growth of our business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to exceed booking targets and drive long-term growth.
- Negotiate complex, high-value renewal contracts ($50K to $750K+), including multi-year terms, various contract types, licensing models and SaaS/Cloud conversion offerings.
- Review usage data and manage the True Up process to support pricing and contract adjustments.
- Prepare accurate proposals, forecasts, and risk assessments, escalating key account issues to leadership.
- Partner with the Business Operations team to maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Project Management, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth renewals strategies and compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years in selling or renewing technology solutions, Healthcare is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding booking targets and managing high-volume renewals.
- Solid negotiation, closing, and communication skills - including solid oral, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with integrity, autonomously and in a team environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management and decision-making.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adjustable problem-solver comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
