Supports global indirect tax compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions, including sales and use tax, VAT, GST, registrations, audits, notices, refunds, and tax authority inquiries. The Senior Financial Analyst supports forecasting, financial modeling, KPI analysis, operating expense planning, resource allocation, and capital investment decisions. They partner with R&D and G&A teams, improve finance infrastructure through an EPM system transition, evaluate risks and efficiencies, and prepare reporting for management, investors, and the Board. The role also supports month-end close and budget-versus-actual processes while providing strategic insights to leadership.

Own WHOOP’s monthly and quarterly close, general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement tie-outs. Lead and develop the operational accounting team, strengthen SOX-aligned internal controls, support audits, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance. Drive process standardization, automation, and public company readiness while partnering with Finance and business stakeholders.
