Lead a global payroll team executing ~20 payroll cycles monthly across 17 entities. Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll; resolve complex payroll and tax issues; manage vendors, systems, SLAs, and cross-functional partnerships while coaching a distributed team.

Lead and develop Rapid7's global treasury function: manage banking relationships, liquidity, investments, FX hedging, treasury systems, forecasting, controls, and capital planning while partnering with Finance, IT, and Legal.

Lead corporate FP&A including annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and integrated financial modeling. Provide analyses for senior leadership and the Board, partner with CFO, IR, and core functions, own Adaptive Planning, support strategic initiatives (M&A, capex), and lead a high-performing FP&A team to drive process automation and financial discipline.
