Charted is a people-first organization, and the people we always start with are our employees. When our employees feel supported, we know they’ll do everything they can to support our customers and partners too. We also recognize there is life outside work, and we encourage our employees to give back to their local communities, whether that’s in our headquarter the northeast, central Texas, the capital of Mexico, or anywhere else our employees live. Employees are given dedicated time to support their charity of choice, and in return, Charted makes a small donation to the charities our employees work with.
