- Touchless Invoice Processing uses AI to process standardized invoices entirely without human intervention, freeing AP teams from repetitive work.
- International Payments expands our payment automation suite globally, allowing customers to pay vendors in local currencies directly within our platform.

Different departments use different AI-enabled tools designed for a specific purpose, to ensure the right tool is being used for the correct job. This policy ensures Charted can continue to deliver premier NetSuite-native solutions while maintaining a lean structure that is always working efficiently.
Our Product team holds monthly AI training sessions to continuously refine how we use AI for research, content creation, user-experience design, and product strategy. Meanwhile, our Engineering team not only uses AI for code generation but also but also for architectural analysis, automated refactoring, test case expansion, and performance optimization. Code reviews increasingly include AI-assisted validation to detect regressions and security vulnerabilities early in the lifecycle. Our CI/CD pipelines leverage AI-based analysis to flag anomalies, improve build reliability, and shorten feedback loops and accelerate release cycles without compromising quality.
