Charted, Inc.
Charted, Inc. Company Culture & Values
The Charted vision is to elevate the role of finance, empowering teams to drive business innovation and growth.
The Charted pillars are:
1. High-quality work
2. Culture of collaboration
3. Customer centricity
4. Business, finance, and NetSuite expertise
In order to ensure we can provide the best in service to our customers, at Charted we understand that our employees are the backbone of our organization. We embody our culture as a collaborative, dynamic, and innovative organization by offering employees the following:
- Unlimited PTO
- A day off for every employee on their birthday
- Scheduled time for giving back to our communities
- Two offsites every year, for all Charted employees to get together and spend time face to face, both working and providing bonding activities
- Internal promotions
- Regular meetings and face time with executive leadership
As a remote-first organization, the company is committed to a strong online work culture, utilizing Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, regular check-ins, and maintaining two company off-sites every year to ensure facetime for employees across the United States.
Collaboration is part of daily life, and Teams, Asana, Jira, and other platforms are all in use to keep departments in sync across the organization. As an organization who provides both consulting and software, we operate in a cross-functional and cross-collaborative environment, regularly using both sides of the business to stay on the pulse of customer needs.
Charted operates as a customer-centric organization, which aligns all pieces of the business. Charted employees are also regularly promoted internally.
Employees are regularly highlighted and featured through Teams, and kudos are regularly encouraged by all employees. Similarly, employee awards are formally announced at the annual fall offsite meeting where all employees fly in to attend and interact as an organization. Charted also celebrates all employees with birthday reminders (and every employee receives a day off for their birthday) as well as work anniversary reminders.
