Two-year Finance Rotation Program involving assignments across FP&A, accounting, internal audit, treasury, and business partnering. Participants support functions including Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product, Supply Chain, and Automotive while developing global finance, technical, and business skills. Successful participants are expected to transition into a longer-term finance role.

Serve as senior finance leader and strategic partner for the Audio Tech business, owning planning, forecasting, performance management, commercial finance, investment governance, and scaling finance capabilities. Build financial models for software, licensing, and services revenue, advise on pricing and partner economics, support deal reviews, develop KPI dashboards, modernize finance with automation and AI, and build a high-performing finance team to drive growth and profitability.

Lead global Procure-to-Pay and Account-to-Report processes, driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement. Own finance process architecture, SAP S/4HANA transformation, and digital initiatives using process mining, automation, AI, and analytics. Influence cross-functional stakeholders to improve compliance, working capital, controls, and user experience.
