The Domestic Senior Tax Accountant will prepare tax provisions, corporate returns, forecasts, and manage US federal and state tax compliance and documentation responsibilities.

Owns financial planning, forecasting, and performance management; builds scalable models for software, licensing, and platform revenue; drives commercial deal evaluation, investment governance, capital allocation, and KPI/dashboard development; builds the Finance team and modernizes processes using automation and data-driven tools to support high-growth scaling and long-term value creation.
