The role involves providing competitive intelligence, analyzing market trends, and supporting business strategies in asset management for MFS.

Conduct deep fundamental research on publicly traded REITs, build and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks, generate stock recommendations, meet with management and industry experts, monitor holdings and market trends, and communicate investment views to portfolio managers and investment teams.
