Advises senior leadership, develops long-term cross-functional strategies, resolves complex business challenges, and provides expertise on commercial banking solutions. Responsibilities include credit and risk oversight, partnership development, change management, compliance, and guiding portfolio management professionals across the company.

Reviews and analyzes supervisory controls for high-risk investment strategies and complex products. Advises on policies, procedures, compliance, risk management, and process improvements; identifies trends through data analysis; presents recommendations; and collaborates with financial advisors, managers, compliance teams, and business units. The role requires FINRA supervisory licensing, regulatory compliance, independent judgment, and travel up to 25 percent.
