Lead diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing of tax-driven investments (TTC, RTE, LIHTC). Build relationships, manage portfolio lifecycle, coordinate internal tax/legal/risk teams, originate deals, and prepare investment memoranda.

Lead design and evolution of private credit operating model and deal lifecycle processes. Drive process improvements, data quality standards, cross-functional alignment, risk controls, and automation to support portfolio growth and complex loan structures.
