Develop top-down US credit market views and translate them into portfolio positioning, relative-value recommendations, and asset allocation. Drive credit beta, risk/return frameworks, scenario analysis, cross-asset integration, market monitoring, thematic research, and clear decision-oriented communication to senior leadership and investment committees.

Develop profitable diversified book, evaluate commercial auto, workers' comp, and GL risks, collaborate on cross-sell opportunities, and apply analytic, negotiation, and consultative skills to shape underwriting strategy and agent/broker relationships.

Develop and implement quantitative methods, data pipelines, and analytics for fixed-income portfolio construction, performance attribution, and trading. Build dashboards and visualizations, apply statistical and machine-learning techniques (including GPT-based tools), and coordinate multiple projects with portfolio managers, traders, and risk teams to improve investment decision-making.

Manage and coach a team of underwriters focused on sharing-economy and new-mobility casualty risks. Lead risk selection, pricing, broker relationships, and portfolio performance; ensure regulatory and documentation quality; underwrite complex accounts and guide cross-functional partners on coverage and capital decisions.

Provide expert underwriting guidance and referral approvals for Major Accounts Casualty (auto, general liability, workers compensation). Align Primary and Excess placements, evaluate portfolio performance, advise on exposure/coverage/pricing, drive technical underwriting improvements, and collaborate with underwriting leaders, claims, actuarial, and product teams.

Lead underwriting for large construction Primary Casualty accounts (WC, GL, Auto); provide technical expertise, referral approvals, portfolio performance analysis, and collaborate with leaders, claims, actuarial, and product teams to improve underwriting strategies and results.

Perform advanced actuarial pricing analyses for North American Specialty Environmental business, including portfolio profitability reviews, rating model development and maintenance, parameter studies, monitoring tools, and ad hoc analyses. Communicate results to underwriters, claims, finance and senior management and support reinsurance placements and strategic pricing decisions.
