Owns GitLab’s enterprise pricing, packaging, monetization, and commercialization strategy. Develops pricing programs, enterprise agreements, bundling, channel and cloud marketplace structures, discounting frameworks, and competitive deal plays. Partners with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and partners to implement scalable commercial programs. Creates pricing enablement materials, makes data-backed recommendations, influences senior stakeholders, and documents decisions in an asynchronous, globally distributed environment.

Partners with engineering and finance leaders on cloud and AI infrastructure investments. Manages expenses, forecasts, accruals, allocations, reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end close. Builds financial models, analyzes cloud billing and operational data, supports annual planning, and translates findings into recommendations. Collaborates cross-functionally with procurement, accounting, product, and engineering teams while using AI tools to automate finance workflows in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Own IT-specific Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for ITGCs and ITACs. Assess SOX readiness for systems and process changes, maintain control documentation, coordinate walkthroughs and remediation, liaise with internal/external auditors, review SOC reports, oversee testing programs, and identify automation and AI opportunities to strengthen controls and reporting.

Own preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, S-1); drive quarterly and annual reporting calendar; lead earnings release process; manage disclosure checklist and XBRL review; improve and automate reporting processes; prepare/review journal entries, reconciliations, equity rollforwards, and EPS; ensure U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance; research technical accounting issues and implement new accounting pronouncements.

Lead and execute technology audits across cloud, application, and cybersecurity domains to support SOX compliance. Design and test IT general, application, and entity-level controls; perform risk-based planning, testing, and reporting; drive remediation with process owners; and apply data analytics, automation, and generative AI to improve audit quality and efficiency.

Lead company-wide revenue forecasting, planning, and financial modeling for corporate FP&A. Drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements, produce analysis and commentary for finance leadership, support CFO and board deliverables, and partner with accounting and compensation teams to maintain operating and long-term financial models.
