Lead a 10+ person accounting team to manage financial accounting, technical and cost accounting, tax, SOX controls, monthly/quarterly close, POC/EAC for government contracts, audit readiness, and build SEC-ready reporting.

Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, rate strategy, investment and incentive analysis, KPI design, and executive/board reporting. Drive AI and analytics transformation within FP&A, maintain financial controls and compliance (DCAA/DFARS, SOX), and develop a high-performing FP&A team as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership.

The Pricing Specialist will analyze cost data, prepare cost proposals, and support compliance needs in government contract pricing, collaborating with internal teams.
