Serve as the FP&A business partner for Renewals and Customer Experience, driving renewal forecasting, retention analysis, ARR and churn reporting, executive dashboards, data governance, financial modeling for budgets/forecasts, and cross-functional strategic analyses to improve renewal outcomes and inform leadership decisions.
