Supports the FP&A team through financial analysis, compilation and synthesis of financial results, reporting and planning deliverables, template standardization, and team projects. The intern will identify process-efficiency opportunities, recommend solutions, and collaborate with finance partners. The role also includes a structured internship program with mentoring, professional development, networking, and project presentations.

Owns budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, period reporting, financial models, and executive dashboards for eCommerce and Digital. Provides strategic analysis, risk insights, business cases, trend analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership. Partners cross-functionally to improve forecasting processes, evaluate growth opportunities, and support informed business decisions.

Supports capital planning and governance across investments, including financial modeling, business case development, investment analysis, capital proposal reviews, performance tracking, and post-investment reporting. Partners with Finance, Real Estate, Technology, and business teams to validate assumptions, assess returns, prepare recommendations, and improve capital approval and reporting processes. The role provides financial insights to business partners and senior leaders.

Supports the FP&A team by helping evolve the financial planning and reporting tool, researching data issues, testing functionality, and identifying process improvements. Assists with forecast and budget cycles by training users, troubleshooting system issues, and validating financial data. The internship also includes project work, mentoring, leadership development, networking, and presenting results to company leaders.

Investigate and manage workers’ compensation claims from initial review through resolution, including evaluations, negotiations, statutory filings, settlement, fraud detection, and subrogation. Maintain compliance with legal requirements, manage claim financial authority, reduce total risk costs, and coordinate with associates, attorneys, healthcare providers, vendors, safety teams, brands, and internal departments. Resolve claim issues, communicate updates, and meet caseload and service-level targets.
