Lead the finance value agenda for transformation programs: develop and govern integrated business cases, quantify and track benefits, translate operational KPIs into financial impact, provide reporting and executive narratives, partner with investment analysis, project accounting and FP&A, and ensure value realization through deployment into operations.

Provide FP&A support for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and period close. Partner with functional leaders to analyze results, build financial models and dashboards, deliver variance analysis and executive reporting, and drive process improvement through automation and analytics.

The Specialist III Business Risk & Controls will define, govern, and maintain business process controls, ensuring risks are managed in an ERP transformation. Responsibilities include control documentation, collaboration with technology, coordination with audits, and cross-functional integration.
