Lead the finance value agenda for transformation programs: develop and govern integrated business cases, quantify and track benefits, translate operational KPIs into financial impact, provide reporting and executive narratives, partner with investment analysis, project accounting and FP&A, and ensure value realization through deployment into operations.

Provide administrative, operational, and financial support to the Leasing and Asset Management team. Process invoices, checks, and wire transfers; maintain tenant, landlord, vendor, and lease records; prepare reports and documentation; coordinate tenant/seasonal housing activities and recoveries while liaising with Finance, Legal, Store Operations, landlords, and vendors.

Manage and oversee U.S. real estate lease accounting, including right-of-use assets, lease liabilities, modifications, reconciliations and reporting. Lead a team of analysts, ensure accurate month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end close, support audits, partner with finance and IT for system implementations, and maintain controls, policy compliance (IFRS), and stakeholder communications across brands and global teams.

Manage the fixed assets function across U.S. brands, overseeing accounting for additions, retirements, impairments, transfers and close processes. Lead and develop a team, partner with finance, FP&A, tax and IT for reporting, system enhancements, audits, controls and capital budgeting, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and timely external disclosures.
