Oversee global controllership, including accounting operations, technical accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, close processes, internal controls, tax, financial systems, and audits. Lead US GAAP and statutory audits, support M&A, improve automation and AI adoption, prepare audit committee materials, partner with FP&A, and mentor a global finance team. The role requires global leadership, risk mitigation, process improvement, and accurate, timely financial statements.
