Lead Klaviyo's Order-to-Cash technology track, owning roadmap, design, and integrations (e.g., CPQ to NetSuite). Ensure SOX/ITGC controls and audit readiness, drive AI-native automation across O2C workflows, optimize ERP/billing configurations, and partner with Finance and engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable revenue and billing systems.
