Lead corporate FP&A, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, board reporting, cash flow and equity burn modeling, corporate OpEx allocations, covenant reporting, and month-end analysis. Partner with executives and department leaders to identify risks, optimize costs, influence capital allocation, and improve Adaptive Planning processes. Build scalable finance infrastructure, deliver strategic insights, and communicate financial performance to the Board and investors.

Leads collections specialists, monitors KPIs and revenue leakage, resolves discrepancies with suppliers, and improves workflows through automation. Partners with Accounting, Finance, Sales, Supply, and other teams to optimize cash flow and ensure accurate commission revenue recognition.

Leads fraud operations across card, application, and travel marketplace fraud. Builds and manages the fraud investigation team, establishes classification standards, creates investigation playbooks, designs detection controls with Product and Engineering, reports fraud intelligence and financial impact to leadership, and partners with Legal, Compliance, Credit Underwriting, and Member Support on escalations and risk mitigation.

Lead Engine’s accounting function across close, controls, consolidations, reconciliations, reporting, tax, payroll, AR, and multi-entity operations. Modernize the five-day close, expand AI and automation, improve talent density, strengthen technical accounting, and drive cross-functional resolution. Prepare accounting systems and processes for international expansion, increased transaction volume, card receivables, complex revenue streams, intercompany activity, and foreign exchange.

Manage weekly ARC settlement, reconciliation, cash remittance, and airline ticketing audits. Process sales, exchanges, refunds, voids, commissions, and debit memos across Amadeus, ARC, and financial systems. Resolve discrepancies, support audits, maintain compliant SOPs, train teams on ARC procedures, monitor regulatory updates, and assist with back-office system implementations. Requires deep expertise in ARC processes, fare rules, ticketing compliance, and reconciliation workflows.
