Identifies recurring issues, communicates trends to leadership, and assists with finance operations and process improvement in a high-volume environment.

Manage high-value and high-risk B2B customer accounts, lead complex collections outreach, resolve disputes, negotiate payment outcomes, and partner with Sales and Billing to unblock payments. Support reporting, portfolio prioritization, process improvements, automation, documentation, and internal controls. Provide guidance and escalation support as a senior team resource while maintaining strong customer relationships and protecting company cash flow.
