Provides administrative and operational support to the Tax team by coordinating filings, payments, signatures, licenses, deadlines, correspondence, and stakeholder communications. The role manages tax-related projects, maintains accurate records, improves workflows, translates business needs into reporting and dashboard requirements, and supports adoption of tax technology and automation tools. It also partners with compliance, legal, accounting, consultants, and government agencies to resolve inquiries and ensure timely regulatory compliance.

Lead month-end close for assigned subsidiaries, prepare internal and statutory financial reporting, support audits, partner with FP&A, Tax, Legal and technical accounting, identify process improvements and automation/AI opportunities, and strengthen internal controls to scale accounting operations.
