Provide onsite desktop and endpoint support across bank branches and headquarters, triaging and resolving user issues, deploying and imaging workstations, maintaining asset inventory and SOPs, and escalating tickets with full context. Requires frequent travel (2-4 days/week), occasional off-hour or weekend work, and adherence to IT/security procedures in a regulated environment.

Provide first-contact support for international payers, troubleshooting complex payment issues across phone, chat, and messaging channels. Escalate and follow up on unresolved cases, conduct proactive outreach, collect customer feedback, mentor junior associates, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve payment processes and product knowledge.

Provide level 1 inbound phone and email support for customers and store personnel. Troubleshoot and document issues in appropriate applications, resolve or escalate cases, track status to resolution, and follow escalation/notification procedures. Support technology, merchandising, orders, digital offers, and loyalty program inquiries.
