Drive governance, SLAs/SLOs, follow-the-sun support models, DevOps/ITIL operational workflows, CI/CD modernization (Copado), automation and AI initiatives, contract and budget management, and compliance (SOX/ITGC) through performance tracking, QBRs, and continuous improvement.

Provide Tier 1 technical support in person and remotely, resolve and escalate issues to meet SLAs, handle employee onboarding/offboarding and initial laptop setups, support meetings/events, maintain documentation, collaborate with IT/dev teams and vendors, and drive continuous improvements to tools and processes.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives for WHOOP's wholesale and retail business, own forecasting and reporting, improve operational performance, manage retailer returns analysis, support contract negotiations and market launches, build scalable processes and leverage AI/automation and BI tools to drive decision-making and growth.

Manage final stages of residential mortgage closings: prepare and review Closing Disclosures, coordinate with settlement agents and attorneys, finalize funding and wiring, update LOS, ensure regulatory compliance (TRID/RESPA), and support post-closing and audit requests.

Own complex technical escalations for Enterprise customers, troubleshoot APIs, integrations, and automation workflows, collaborate with R&D to resolve high-impact issues, build scalable support solutions, and use AI tools to improve troubleshooting and operations while mentoring and improving processes.

Execute sportsbook strategy and game-day operations, coordinate cross-functional go-to-market and promotional activations, support on-site merchandising, track initiatives and performance, and use data to optimize live sports moments and campaigns.
