Leads the strategic direction of Institutional Insurance Operations, Quantitative Consulting, and Business Systems Consulting. Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex workers' compensation claims: investigate coverage and liability, set reserves, negotiate settlements within authority, and refer cases as needed. Collaborate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and partners. Complete required training (including one week travel) and maintain reliable attendance and engagement.
