Lead end-to-end customer installations and product implementations across healthcare facilities. Coordinate clients, sales, technicians, contractors, facilities, and internal teams; manage project plans, ERP tracking, timelines, dependencies, risks, site readiness, and go-live execution. Supervise field installation teams, resolve technical and logistical issues, assess network infrastructure, and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead enterprise healthcare data modeling: design and maintain conceptual/logical/physical models, integrate varied clinical sources, implement common data model transformations, monitor data quality, and collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers.

Build and deploy AI-powered, LLM-based solutions in client environments. Own Arcadia’s revenue operating system, including Salesforce, forecasting, pricing, SKUs, quote-to-cash, KPI frameworks, sales compensation, and AI-powered reporting. Lead the evaluation and roadmap of the revenue technology stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech. Build scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, analyze pipeline and sales efficiency, and drive predictable growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Serve as a Laudio platform expert and hands-on trainer/coach to drive user adoption, onboarding, and satisfaction. Own utilization metrics for a client portfolio, develop outreach strategies, create training content and materials, escalate user feedback to Product, and partner cross-functionally to optimize processes and demonstrate platform value. Travel to support primarily New York clients.
