The B2B Allocation Analyst is responsible for managing the distribution and allocation of products or services between business partners and customers. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment processes, and the dynamics of business-to-business (B2B) relationships. The Allocation Analyst works closely with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations and optimizing inventory levels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create POs, allocate inventory, and execute transfers to drive B2B sales

  • Monitor stock levels and trends; coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment

  • Support pre-season planning as needed

  • Track vendor performance to ensure on-time, complete deliveries

  • Use SAP and BY systems to manage demand, forecasting, and replenishment

  • Provide insights through reports on availability, allocation, and customer satisfaction

  • Communicate with Sales to resolve issues and meet customer needs

  • Escalate vendor issues impacting KPIs to leadership

  • Resolve allocation or shipping issues quickly to minimize disruptions

  • Recommend improvements to inventory strategy across the DC and club network

 
Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree required 

  • 2+ years of relevant inventory management experience preferred 

  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Expert command of retail math concepts, applications, and analysis 

  • Intermediate Excel skills; must be proficient in formulas, V-lookups, and Pivot Tables 

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills 

  • Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines 

  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills 

  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities 

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $56,500.00.
