Own and operationalize Dynatrace’s global Partner Services Program, including partner certification, tiering, quality audits, endorsements, delivery standards, and governance. Establish repeatable operating cadences, assess partner capability, enforce customer satisfaction standards, define engagement responsibilities, maintain enablement frameworks, and report quality metrics to leadership. Build the program as it scales and lead a small team while maintaining accountability with commercial partners.

Drive enterprise software sales through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Manage territory plans, enterprise relationships, prospects, product demonstrations, account strategies, and executive-level engagements. Build customer and partner networks, collaborate with sales engineering and internal teams, and increase Dynatrace adoption through upselling and cross-selling. The role requires at least one year of enterprise software closing experience and emphasizes quota attainment, complex sales cycles, and consultative selling.

Leads Dynatrace’s global executive marketing strategy, designing scalable programs such as peer roundtables, strategic briefings, and event experiences. Builds operating models, audience journeys, content standards, and activation toolkits while coordinating Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Communications, partners, and regional teams. Owns measurement, dashboards, budgets, vendor relationships, and continuous program optimization to strengthen executive relationships, influence opportunities, and support retention.

Secures enterprise business applications and integrations, including NetSuite and SAP SuccessFactors. Reviews configurations, access models, APIs, data flows, IAM, logging, and cloud controls; performs risk assessments, threat modeling, and audit support; aligns controls with FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and SOX requirements. Partners with application owners, cloud teams, IT, security, and business stakeholders to implement least privilege, secure configurations, compensating controls, and remediation plans.

Owns the ServiceNow platform architecture, engineering standards, governance, integration patterns, and technical roadmap. Reviews and approves designs, directs implementation partners, and leads complex solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, Employee Center Pro, asset management, and IntegrationHub. Oversees platform upgrades, AI capabilities, Discovery, and Dynatrace integrations while translating business needs into scalable solutions. Mentors the platform team and guides long-term enterprise service management strategy.

Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of enterprise Anaplan planning solutions. Partner with Marketing Operations and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build multidimensional models, integrate systems, ensure data integrity, and align solutions with business objectives. Serve as an Anaplan subject matter expert, guide stakeholders and delivery teams, apply platform best practices, and support continued expansion into additional business functions.

Represent Bluebox publicly within the developer community by building demos, writing technical content, hosting livestreams and workshops, speaking at events, and fostering community engagement. Gather developer feedback, identify onboarding and documentation friction, influence the product roadmap, collaborate with influencers, and drive sign-ups and product usage. The role independently owns developer advocacy strategy and delivery for a new product and brand.

Owns Finance data products end to end, including roadmap, reliability, adoption, data quality, governance, metrics, reporting requirements, and auditability. Partners with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Procurement, and analytics engineering teams to define requirements, shape data architecture, guide delivery, and improve data maturity. Requires strong product ownership, stakeholder influence, data modeling, BI, governance, and Finance domain knowledge.

Owns Finance data products end to end, including roadmap, reliability, adoption, data quality, governance, and maturity. Partners with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Procurement, and analytics engineering teams to define requirements, data models, metrics, reporting, auditable data flows, and priorities. Leads projects, influences technical design, drives stakeholder alignment, and promotes data discoverability and literacy. The role requires 7+ years of experience and strong product ownership, data management, finance, governance, and business-technical communication skills.

Owns a portfolio of customer-domain data products across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales. Leads data maturity projects, shapes roadmaps, defines metrics and data requirements, guides data mart architecture, and partners with analytics engineering teams. Drives data quality, governance, privacy, discoverability, adoption, and stakeholder alignment while translating business problems into buildable solutions. Requires strong product ownership, technical-business communication, data modeling, BI, governance, and customer or GTM domain expertise.

Own and grow Dynatrace's AI-native partner ecosystem for app builders and AI SaaS. Build executive relationships, execute co-sell motions, drive partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, run joint GTM campaigns, support events and enablement, and collaborate with Product on AI observability integrations and roadmap.

Lead revenue accounting for a public SaaS company, owning ASC 606/340 compliance, monthly and quarterly close, commissions accounting, SOX controls, audits, and quote-to-cash partnerships. Drive policy, process, system improvements (NetSuite, Salesforce, revenue automation), technical accounting analyses, and manage a high-performing team while advising cross-functional stakeholders on complex contract and revenue matters.

Lead enterprise data architecture across warehouses, data lakes, downstream applications, and AI workloads. Design data models, Medallion Architecture, ELT standards, semantic layers, APIs, access controls, and reusable datasets. Partner with business and BI teams to drive adoption, conduct architecture reviews, establish platform standards, and mentor data and analytics engineers. The role requires deep Snowflake, dbt, data modeling, pipeline, and semantic-layer expertise, with experience in AI data patterns and cloud infrastructure preferred.

Develop low-level, high-performance instrumentation within CICS and z/OS using HLASM. Design production features for mission-critical mainframe environments, diagnose complex system behavior through dumps and traces, analyze performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with an experienced engineering team. The role requires deep z/OS and CICS internals expertise, systems programming knowledge, and proficiency with JCL, SDSF, and USS.
