We're seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to lead the charge in transforming data into actionable insights for our marketing efforts. This strategic and hands-on role is ideal for an analytical leader with a proven ability to foster cross-functional relationships and translate data into meaningful actions.
The Senior Manager will spearhead the development of robust analytics frameworks, create user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools, and build strong partnerships with marketing leaders to drive informed decisions. Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, marketing analytics, sales analytics, and other stakeholders to establish and align on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity and continual learning.
• Develop user-friendly dashboards that simplify access to critical marketing analytics and reporting packs that blend data with storytelling to highlight areas of success and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a champion for data-driven decision-making, enabling teams to effectively leverage data and fostering a culture of standardized data usage throughout the organization.
• Partner with Sales Analytics on reporting alignment and ensure consistency in how data is interpreted and utilized across departments.
• Analyze, refine, and communicate insights across campaigns, content performance, lead generation, digital channels, and overall marketing ROI.
• Provide expert guidance on the best marketing practices by utilizing attribution models and influencing marketing strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing efforts and recommend ways to optimize current strategies for increased impact.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a similar field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Requirements• Strong knowledge of marketing attribution models
• Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Advanced understanding of tools such as Salesforce, Marketo and 6sense.
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear insights and easy-to-understand dashboards.
• Experience in enabling business teams through standardized data practices and tools.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of advocating for data and its role in decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a relevant field. A master's degree is a plus.
