We're seeking a strategic and execution-focused Manager of SDR Operations to help power the success of our global Sales Development team. This role is ideal for a content-savvy, data-minded operations professional who thrives on building structure, aligning stakeholders, and creating impactful tools and programs that drive pipeline performance. As the Manager of SDR Operations, you'll play a critical role in developing high-impact content, building campaign execution strategies, and supporting the operational infrastructure that enables SDR efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Content Development
• Create internal content to support SDR operations, such as performance dashboards, leadership presentations, and campaign program plans.
• Develop prospecting messaging & cadences for SDRs that align with Dynatrace's brand narrative, sales plays, and campaign themes.
• Partner with SDR Enablement and Marketing to ensure consistency and effectiveness of external-facing SDR communications.
Program Strategy & Execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate go-to-market priorities into actionable SDR programs that improve SDR efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates.
• Work with SDRs, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to support integrated campaigns and initiatives.
• Contribute to execution of field events, targeted outreach campaigns, and personalized messaging efforts.
Project Support & Operational Infrastructure
• Support core operational projects such as compensation planning, territory management, lead routing, and process standardization.
• Help maintain accurate SOPs and documentation for SDR processes and tech stack workflows.
Tech Stack Management & Adoption
• Support administration and usage optimization of the SDR tech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Drift, and 6sense.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and SDR teams to improve tool adoption, reporting accuracy, and day-to-day workflows.
