Solutions Engineer- Digital Experience Monitoring (Remote, United States)

As a Solutions Engineer for Dynatrace, you'll provide technical support, drive sales opportunities, and leverage customer feedback to improve products and solutions.
Your role at Dynatrace
Our Digital Experience Monitoring Strike team was established in early 2025 to meet high customer demand in CX/UI improvement. Team members will build and scale a growth-focused organization influencing Dynatrace's 5000+ customer base. Requires technical experience in front-end or UI engineering and ability to drive sales opportunities as a specialist member of the core account team.
Responsibilities:
As a Dynatrace Digital Experience Monitoring - Solutions Engineer, you will:
1. Provide excellent technical support to customers evaluating Dynatrace's solutions.
2. Discover new opportunities for DEM utilization within existing accounts, increasing consumption by partnering with sales teams.
3. Build scalable content for internal and external use, growing personal and company thought leadership.
4. Leverage customer feedback to influence product feature creation.
You will be an expert on Dynatrace and observability, specializing in Digital Experience Monitoring and Business Analytics. Responsibilities include executing demos, managing POCs onsite and remote, building key customer relationships, and completing RFIs & RFPs. Collaboration across Dynatrace's software development, consulting services, and marketing teams is essential.

• 5+ years of experience with digital experience monitoring and business analytics technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage the process.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with various salespeople, and support other SEs.
• Desire to grow professionally, adapt to change, and be coachable.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities:
• Evangelize Dynatrace's product offerings at international trade shows and key customer meetings.
• Partner with sales representatives to identify new and incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions, leading technical solution evaluations for sales opportunities.
• Present Dynatrace's vision to C-suite executives.
• Conduct on-stage demonstrations at key marketing events.
• Gather and qualify customer feedback for Product Management to improve market share and meet needs.
• Build best practices and share knowledge to enhance personal and team capabilities.
• Work with local Sales and Sales Engineering leadership to identify learning/development opportunities.
• Create and modify Dynatrace template presentations to meet specific customer demands.
Position may be filled at a higher level based on candidate experience.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education or experience required.
• 5+ years of experience within the digital experience monitoring space with tools such as Catchpoint, GlassBox, Quantum Metric, Full Story, Blue Triangle, ContentSquare, AppDynamics, DataDog, and New Relic.
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with instrumenting, configuring, and customizing real user monitoring agents for both web and mobile apps
• Experience with leveraging query languages or business intelligence tools to extract performance and business answers from real user monitoring data
• Advanced Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with session-replay tools
• Experience with mobile frameworks such as Cordova, Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, and .NET Maui
• Experience with tag management technologies such as Google Tag Manager and Adobe Experience Manager/Cloud.
• Knowledge with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience with modern technologies like containers, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines

Compensation and Rewards
- The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
