Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the development of SaaS solutions supporting GTM, primarily on SFDC platforms (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds).
- Define and implement development standards and best practices to drive efficiency and excellence.
- Stay current with technology trends (AI, automation, cloud computing) to enhance platform capabilities.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with SaaS vendors, influencing product roadmaps.
Strategic Operations & Executive Collaboration
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring operational alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to drive efficiency, collaboration, and business impact.
- Support executive decision-making through analytics, reporting, and communications.
- Oversee business operations within software development to maximize impact and execution.
Agile & DevSecOps Execution
- Drive Agile Scrum methodologies, ensuring iterative and customer-centric software delivery.
- Partner with Operations in adopting DEVSecOps processes, integrating security throughout development workflows.
- Manage development velocity and key metrics, optimizing performance and delivery timelines.
Leadership & Team Development
- Grow and mentor global software development teams following a "follow-the-sun" model.
- Assess and elevate team skill sets, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Provide coaching and support, enabling teams to advance their technical and leadership capabilities.
Customer-Centric Delivery
- Champion a customer-service mindset, ensuring software solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Align development initiatives with business objectives, ensuring synergy across corporate goals by prioritizing strategic and continuous improvement backlogs.
- Utilize technology as an enabler, enhancing operational efficiencies and user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and optimize platform capabilities.
- Implement frameworks for tracking velocity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

- 7+ years of experience in software development leadership, with at least 5 years managing SaaS platform development.
- Experience within a SaaS/Software company.

- Expertise in SFDC Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds supporting Consumption Selling and Partners, with a history of delivering scalable solutions.
- Strong background in Agile Scrum methodology and DEVSecOps practices.
- Experience leading global teams, with a focus on skill development and cross-regional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to align software development strategies with corporate goals while ensuring executive priorities are executed effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure velocity, quality, and other key development metrics.

- Knowledge of consumption selling models and emerging AI roadmaps.
- Experience integrating automation, AI, and advanced analytics within SaaS platforms.
