Provides administrative and operational support to consulting professionals, including calendar and travel management, expense reporting, meeting coordination, client documentation, deliverable formatting and proofreading, onboarding support, vendor and stakeholder communication, and front-desk backup. The role also handles special projects, supports proposals and presentations, mentors junior staff, and leads internal initiatives. The position follows an 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule in a hybrid Boston office environment.

Respond to inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone and email using Zendesk. Resolve policy issues, process cancellations, rewrites, and renewals; send certificates and policy documents; update account information and payments; manage callbacks and follow-ups; and identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.

Provide client-facing support for business banking clients and Relationship Managers while executing back-office account administration, reconciliations, reporting, data maintenance, and process improvements. Coordinate onboarding, resolve client inquiries, monitor exception reports, prepare audit documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and controls.

Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex workers' compensation claims: investigate coverage and liability, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements within authority, refer files as needed, and collaborate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and partners. Participate in required training and occasional onsite work.

Support day-to-day office operations: troubleshoot and set up equipment, manage inventory, mail, and hardware fulfillment, monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox, procure supplies, and support company events and workplace culture initiatives.
