Provides level-one customer and store support through phone and email. Documents, troubleshoots, resolves, tracks, and escalates customer issues and support tickets involving technology, merchandising, operations, online orders, digital offers, and loyalty programs. Evaluates coverage, liability, compensability, reserves, and damages; investigates claims; coordinates with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, appraisers, and other parties; handles litigated claims; and negotiates settlements within assigned authority. Requires claims adjustment or insurance experience, applicable licensing, and knowledge of investigation techniques, medical terminology, and legal claims considerations.

Analyzes and improves quote-to-cash financial systems by gathering requirements, documenting processes and system designs, collaborating with engineering and finance teams, supporting implementation, coordinating QA and user acceptance testing, and ensuring compliance with accounting controls, audit requirements, and SOX regulations.
